This gun has two slides the other is a 6" that is currently a 38 super with a red dot set up but I ordered a 38 special barrel to replace it was thinking I'd prefer both to be the same but I have to send the slide back to Caspian to open up the breech not a big deal though.

finishing uo my 4th cup of coffee, had my usual breakfast of oatmeal, waffles, and an egg/ham/chees sandwich,

already 65 degrees', and its gonna be about 80 today, but tomorrow and the next day, "the muggies" come and sit, to make us say each spring...."damn we never have a nice transition to summer, its always a cold, raw, rainy, damp, spring.....then...BAM.....HOT, STICKY SUMMER WEATHER".........
 
The wife and I own three vehicles. Every one of them needs to be fueled up on their next outing. With the wife either being stuck in bed or a recliner because of her recent surgery (no weight bearing on her foot allowed), I can't leave her alone for too long. Today's trip for fuel will be in the new car, with a quick stop at Walmart for a couple of things. Tomorrow I will take the Planet Killer for diesel, and drive over to the county courthouse to cast my vote in early runoff elections here in Texas (Ken Paxton, all the way!). The day after that will be the Hoopty's turn. Since I burn ethanol free gas in it, I'll also bring the gas cans for the mowers along, since I also use ethanol free in them. Then a quick stop at Tractor Supply for a few T-posts I need.

i had to run 2 errands for the wife and me..

first to the bank, wife needed some cash..

then to the supermarket for me to get my Turkey Hill Dutch Chocolate Cocoa ice cream, and a bottle of chocolate syrup..

yes, i am a diabetic, but i only have 1 scoop in a dessert cup....

so i get to the register, with ONLY 3 items...

lady in front of me see's all my stuff.....she too is white, and middle aged, well under my age...........

she has a very full cart.

get where i am going after i opened with my first sentence...???

that's right, she actually shook her head and just moseyed over to the belt, and put her stuff on it..

an employee saw me standing there, and opened up another register.........cool guy, i could not thank him enough

truth be told....I ALWAYS let someone ahead of me, if they have less than me...its just common courtesy.....

i actually wanted to wait and scream a female explicative at her outside......

and I WOULD HAVE TOO

but i had ice cream.......

so, maybe another day............
