Hi,

This truck has been very good to me.

Nothing fancy but it gets the job done, rather economically too, without a lot of computerized electronic whirlygigs.

Thank you for your indulgence,

BassCliff

i'd say cool for sure about these p/u's and wish gm would offer something like these as f-or-d does with the raptor
i dunno....the quality of the American made pick up trucks dissapoint me.

rust in short time, fall apart after a tiny fender-bender, the extreme high cost.....i bought a new 1980 C-10 cost me under $4,000, then a new C-10 in 1986, cost me under $9,000, then the last was a Ford Ranger in 1994 cost me a whopping $15,000 cuz the Sierra i really wanted as like $30,000...???

i mean, c'mon.........

now up to nearly $100,000 for a F-ing truck...???

and the frames rot out in a few short years..>??????

Bull Shiiiiiiiiiittttttt

Last Silverado I bought was a 15wt for 30 something k. It's white with the electronic stuff that is needed by Chevy, rubber floor covering etc. The only difference is the chrome crap, fancy paint and basic interior. About half the cost of what is in the showroom
I factory ordered a new Chevy Blazer SIlverado in 1986. loaded. Cost me $17K which was a stunningly expensive truck for me. Looking back, and compared to today's costs, and inflation, it was about right $17K in 1986 is around $52K today, the cost of a Blazer today, although they've since turned Blazers into fugly garbage.
