Dont forget Carburators !!Nah, it gotta have spark plugs
Probably has fuel injectionDont forget Carburators !!
And no battery to recharge every 150 miles…. In all fairness though real trucks don’t have electric motors OR spark plugs….My brother picked up a Ram 1500 with the Hurricane 6, 100 horse per cylinder. It get up and gone!
Hi,
This truck has been very good to me.

Nothing fancy but it gets the job done, rather economically too, without a lot of computerized electronic whirlygigs.
Thank you for your indulgence,

or as Derick from Road Worthy Rescue would say..."sparkulators".Nah, it gotta have spark plugs
i dunno....the quality of the American made pick up trucks dissapoint me.
i'd say cool for sure about these p/u's and wish gm would offer something like these as f-or-d does with the raptor
i sorely miss my 1980 C-10 stepside, 3 on the tree, inline 6, shortbox. If a new American truck came out with the basics of pre-1973, it would have more old farts lined up to buy them than Carter has little farter starters.
I factory ordered a new Chevy Blazer SIlverado in 1986. loaded. Cost me $17K which was a stunningly expensive truck for me. Looking back, and compared to today's costs, and inflation, it was about right $17K in 1986 is around $52K today, the cost of a Blazer today, although they've since turned Blazers into fugly garbage.Last Silverado I bought was a 15wt for 30 something k. It's white with the electronic stuff that is needed by Chevy, rubber floor covering etc. The only difference is the chrome crap, fancy paint and basic interior. About half the cost of what is in the showroom
Bury me in my long-sold 1972 GMC Short bed, 2WD, 1/2 Ton, 4 on the floor, V-8, 4 barrel carb. Please.i sorely miss my 1980 C-10 stepside, 3 on the tree, inline 6, shortbox.
no power nuffin, not even a dome lite, or an AM radio.
i'd be in THAT line myself, and when i die...??
be buried in it.
