It had been dry for maybe 8 months before any rain here. I believe may was the 1st month it rained of this year

cleaned the AP5. it was sooo gummed up with grit and powder from the FRT work, I'm surprised it ran at all. 
took an hour to get it squeaky clean.

Right now I'm being tickled off at the lgs cause only 2 people can do transfers. The owner is barely around and the other that can do the 4473's is out delivering feed and might not be back before closing time

Our ac will this new freon is terrible as when temps get 90+ the ac never shuts off. Cold air comes out, but fir the cost of a trane system was like 15k iirc.

PIcked up parts for Mrs Greener's Zero Turn Kubota mower and installed them. Mowed some tall grann for a couple hours and it works like a champ.

Been having brownouts and power outages all day here. Have notified electric company but they say nothing wrong. My Ting sensor says different. Now the have come and put a sensor on my electric meter to figure out what is wrong. I'm not the only one having issues. This is what happens when they keep building more houses and not upgrading the system.
