What are you doing right now??

Just lost power again for about 30 seconds. Starting to get aggravated.
if it's getting supplied via natural gas generators that the power company doesn't own, they have to buy x amount of electricity per day, week or month. and if they don't pay the gen peeps you'll loose electricity due to the electricity company not paying their bill(s). with ng prices changing the company i get power from buys by the megawatt. if high winds are happening elsewhere it will trickle down to you having an issue and could be why they told you nothing's wrong. there's usually 3 lines that have power and all 3 are single phase. the transformer is supposed to be supportive of usage to those who are on the same transformer. not sue about neighborhoods on how it's wire and how many are on it per transformer? if there's temporary grounding or wires banging together it can cause some of these same issues

No issues if you have you're own propane tank for the generator.
