I had to Google where that was. Austin area which is still better humidity wise when comparing it to the east coast. West coast humidity is easy peasy! Back '80 i was in DC late July for 2 weeks (14yo) (10 days at Ft AP Hill) outside in a 2 man tent. Never stopped sweating even when showering. I think i only showered once (twice maybe).
Yeah, my wife and I had another. We have a 5-month-old son now, too.

Chronic pain SUCKS!
Just had my 2nd go around of the RFA (left side on Monday & right side on Tuesday) from on c3, c4, c5 and c6. I can tell I have some relief as my left wrist is always throbing because of an broken wrist bone new years day '87. Is only soar feeling now which is way better than every day. I hope something will get you relief that doesn't require meds!

got up at 5:30......i have been hating for a while now, getting up early...my usual wake up time (without any alarm clock) was 4-4:30, 7 days a week....
now, i just want to stay in bed...
anyway's, gotta go see the "knee doctor", for yet another injection, then talk about other injections like that gel..???
well........if only those injections didn't "hurt" as much........
gonna be a humid day later, then that'll drop off tonight, for a better rest of the week.

I can hear the neighbor's rooster. Dogs and cats fed, gotta go out and feed horses shortly to beat the rain. Bertha is just brushing us with some wind and rain but we are not on the "X", looks like Texas will bear the brunt.

Will try to get morning walk with Maggie. After that I have an appointment with Holloman AFB inspector general this morning. I am putting in a formal complaint against a unit today. I will be also informing them that my congressman will also be informed of the situation and have requested an investigation. When I am done there I will see if I can get a meeting with the wing commander. I do not like going this route, I prefer a more hands on approach but they have left me no choice. I have made proper documentation and now i'm going to stuff it to them. I am sure when this is all over people are going to hate me and that is just fine. I know what I have to do is the right thing and as far as I am concerned if people get burned, so be it. Nice guys always finish last.

it ain't easy getting old, being old...we put up with a lot of
growing up, in our adult life, and we earned our place in this world, free from anything from the punks, pukes, and whatever else comes along.best of luck, stand your ground.

Going to make a trip into the city to take the stuff my daughter had temporarily stored out in the garage to her and her boyfriend's new apartment. One trip in the Planet Killer should take care of all of it. She and her boyfriend will have to unload the stuff, though. Their new place is on the second floor, and with total knee replacement done in both knees, stairs are not in the forecast. I see that the admins wiped out the pleasant conversation Pistol Pete and I had last night. Someone tell him "toddles" from me. I'm joining the rest of the pretty girls and putting him on ignore. You girls were right, it's not worth getting banned from the forum over him. Time to go start loading the truck up with boxes.
