A few years ago I purchased two BCM complete Lowers that came with a Mod 0 stock. One I turned into a 16 inch rifle and the other has remained in the box. I have never assembled or used it. It is as it was the day I took ownership of it.
Being that it’s never been used to complete any build what are my options?
Is it forever a “rifle” configuration being that it came with Mod0 stock? Or may I remove the stock and put a brace on it?
I do not recall what box was checked at the time I completed my 4473. I assume it was checked “other”.

Sbr it with the atf on a form1 then make it whatever you want it to be for $0.
