I'd rather look like an old bum with two days beard growth and a wrinkled Hawaiian pattern shirt... no one pays them any attention.

Well way back I was known to frequent The Wild Wild West, Silver Dollar Saloon, Yellow Rose Saloon, The Forum Club and one that was on Bus 59 for my music and dance. Glad to hear the area has polished up a bit

That must of been way way back. I worked in Victoria '79-81 and don't recall many of those. The Forum was where all the lawyers hung out and it still is.

This is where the Phlster Enigma really shines. It's completely clothing agnostic. Especially for women (or men) that have a varied wardrobe. Not everyone wears button down shirts and a belt every day.

But with an Enigma, it truly doesn't matter what you wear. It's the one setup to rule them all IMO.

Cargo pants. Exclusively. Pocket carry in a Mika holster in the cargo pocket. So far have never heard (shriek) "he's got a gun!!!". Dressing like a grown-up apparently has its perks.

Truth: That whole "shoot me first" attire style is a myth. Look at any group of men in public and a high percentage are wearing cargo pants and loose fitting shirts. My 50 and 48 year old sons have been wearing cargo pants since they were in grade school. It's a common and popular style.

86 thru 89. West was at the mall, Silver $ across the hwy from the mall (dump), Rose was on Stockbauer near the mall. Other than the Forum all have either closed or multiple name changes. Rose was more Dance Hall

Wasn't way back but after I moved away from Victoria. I stopped doing much business in Victoria about that time. I suppose I don't recall because I don't go to bars and not working for the PD during that time didn't have any memorable events to recall. Now I could tell you about the Captains Table and the Greek Connection. Not to mention the El Gato Negro.

Not to brag, but some may carry more JUNK than others, you know.

Exactly why I can't wear shorts above the knee. But it does allow me to carry much longer barrels, especially on my revolvers. For accuracy you know.
