Man Learns the Quickest Way to Get Kicked Out of a Gun Range

The boys (and they are boys) have yet to understand that firearms are dangerous/deadly power tools that, when mishandled, can result in serious injury or death. They live in an electronic/motion picture fantasyland.
This is how/why they are maimed or are fatally injured.

They truly believe that life is a video game.

to me, i think a public range is somewhat liement in some regards to punishments, since they do need the money to keep them going.

private clubs, like the one i belong to, kick yer butt out......and revoke your electronic door key, and keep your yearly paid up front dues.

and since ALL private gun clubs communicate with one another...??

The same problem with having a phone 24/7/365, an idiot box with 2340 channels, and "being online/connected nonstop. People don't get out and live life anymore.

wife and i still "go out"...

for breakfast, or a lunch sometimes dinner....many times to one of our adult children's home

she goes to bingo, many times a month with one or all 3 of our daughters

i go the the club or range, or home depot or lowes or harbor freight to look at all the tools.....actual tools, not people.

yes, me too as far as video games, but i spend no money for that, i play the MS Solitaire Collection

we often sit outside in early evening, when there is no humidity, so we can hear the gunshots down 3 or 4 streets from us.

we keep our cell phones on 24/7/365 in case any of our kids, or grand kids need us for one reason or another, many times, its for a ride to or from someplace.

yes too, many years as a wrencher, then double the years as a trucker

i earned all my naps.
 
Not defending any of the fools, but at least they went to a range where their stupidity was captured on camera and/or caught by a range officer...better than doing that sh** on the street.

I had a woman point her custom glock at me at a training session. Her husband with a matching glock was on the opposite side of her. I tried to get the attention of the range officer, but he said he didn't see it. i went to the husbands side of her all the way to the end of the line.

this is why i LOVE both my club, and the public range i belong to.

1) at my club, i go rather early (any day of the week), and i am the only person there, but then too, we have to take the mandatory club safety course that is about 6 hours.......at the mandatory price of $100.00....don't pay...??? you ain't getting into the club.

and we have doctors, nurses, lawyers, even cops, as members...



2) at the public range i belong to, i get there for the 10 AM opening, and go to the last port, #12.......that serves at least 2 purposes.....1) i can collect my brass, that no one steps on....and 2) i am at the end of the line, rather safe from anyone new, or just plain stupid.

plus my membership, i can only go Mon-Fri, from 10 AM till 2 PM only.....

i detest going there on the weekends or nights, when the Rambo's all dressed up...yup many are, in battle fatigues......

There is a distinct difference. You don't live in la-la land. These young idiots have resided there so long that they take the trash to the curb every Sunday for collection.

That's Assault with a Deadly Weapon. A chargeable offense. Think about it.
 
I don't know which incident you're referring to but since you quoted me. More likely endangerment by an ignorant gun owner in my case and the first incident depicted in the initial video. ADW usually requires intent, while endangerment does not. At least that's my experience from 26+ years.

Deliberate pointing of a firearm is a chargeable offense, period. It isn't a misdemeanor. It is felonious endangerment. As an adult they know better. There is no excuse.
