Project completion?

A long while back I had picked up a gen 3 Glock 23 frame. I had been toying with the option to build a high speed, low drag, striker fired tack driver. ...LOL.

So my attempt was to use this frame with an Agency Arms trigger, aluminum magwell, extended slide stop, extended mag release, and so on.

However I ended up sticking a PSA slide assembly on it and calling it a day.

Well, no more... I'm keeping all of the frame mods. However, I tracked down a complete G23, gen 3 slide. I swapped out the front sight and have a 9mm conversion barrel as an option.

Personally I’m not a finger grove kinda person. The G23 is a fun gun to start with at the range for me. I also kinda carry it. Personally I think .40 does a way better job than a 9 does. I know I’ll get hate for preferences of a bigger caliber but it’s what “I prefer”.

You could always get a g19 gen3 then get a 23 slide and after that you still have the 9mm and all you'll need is the barrel and mag for the slide

If that’s what he wants to do then let him. He’s doing what makes him happy. It’s like me saying why doesn’t he pick up a full size XDm-40.
