My recently deceased brother-in-law was a master machinist for Dow they sent him to several countries to troubleshoot problems or very sensitive jobs. He tried to get me to. become a machinist. In retrospect wish I had chose that path.

heating guy took care of the 2 heating systems, all cleaned, inspected and good to go for the upcoming N.E. winter.
the 3rd floor tenant has all electric service, not much to do with that
always a good feeling to get some things done ASAP....
i got plenty of rock salt, zip-zorb (if no one knows, is what mechanics lay down to absorb oil), but does a great job for traction on ice, and is reusable..!!..and is wayyyy cheaper than kitty litter.....
i have plenty of snow shovels, but they are old, so i might be buying 4 new ones.
later maybe mid-november, (usually T-Day weekend) fill up the gas cans, for the blowers.
yeah, and yesterday, the wife packed away all my mankini's and thongs, till next summer.
but i hid 1 pair to surprise her on Valentine's Day
