So was I. The wait time is a killer. I think and hope it's worth it.

Just got it today. They made it for a Hellcat Pro with a treaded barrel with a comp. Took 4 weeks, fits perfect and is very comfortable and conseals well.

UPDATE Went to the range finally, ran 150 rounds through the gun. Doing all kinds of drills. Every thing worked perfectly using plain old Blazer 124 ammo. No malfunctions at all. The comp stayed in place. I'm very pleased. I did use the Mantis to track the recoils. From what I can tell, with the...

Thanks, might go tomorrow. Hope it doesn't blow up. Very little clearance between the end of the recoil spring and comp.

Just order a Tier1 tactical. 4 week wait. They said they can make one. I'll have to switch lights or use a hand held one if ever needed.

Just added the Apex threaded barrel and the Volker MK2 comp. It is a true mini comp. Ports on side and top only. The Griffen is ported all the way around. That's not what I'd consider a Comp

Just wondering if anyone is using the Apex barrel for the hellcat pro? If so how is it? They just got them back in stock. How about any recommendations on a comp?

Finally got to the range, 100 shots at 10-15 yards. Things are working great. A few shoots took me by surprise. Much smoother pull, reset and break. All shots on target, no misses. Also switched out the Apex sear spring with the MCarbo spring.

Well I switched the sear spring to the Mcarbo. You were right. Much smoother

Real nice, I was debating wich sear spring to use. I have both. Do you feel the Mcarbo one would lighten it up more?
