Nah, it don't move while gun is shot. all it is a rod that runs in a channel to the BCG and when you pull it back it pushes the BCG back just like if you were pulling on a charging handle. the spring pushes the handle back up It's really smooth and pretty neat but a serious gun for when the crap...
