Using Sous Vide to cook a fat Ribeye steak got five of them for Christmas.

Took a trip today to Aldi -- but first -- quick stop at my LGS (you know, just because). Left with a Walther PDP came with 2 each 18rd magazines. I really want one more mag, but Walthers site has them suckers for just under $80 -- oh well.

Put a Vital Pursuit meal in the microwave for supper -- Garlic Herb Grilled Chicken Bowl which had broccoli, carrots, feta cheese, brown rice & garlic herb sauce. Pretty good.

Can’t remember off the top of my head where I got my extra PDP mags, but I know I got them for about $50…MagShack or one of the others I can’t remember.
I think my PDP is calling me for a range trip..

Windy out. Temps fell about 40 degrees with cold front. Dang it Bella and Basscliff, can't you keep your weather at home? Dogs and cats and me fed. Working up energy to go to the barn and feed horses. Then working out milling of frames for frame and panel doors for cabinets. Closing in on it.

went out this morning and got the sunday paper, lottery tickets for the week

got my snowblower ready, had to refill the gas can earlier today..as well

sprayed the snow shovels with anti-stick stuff, doesn't really work, but, i feel good knowing i wasted money on the sh!t

refilled the tub of rock salt

did some laundry for the wife

now eating a few pecan sandies, and having my coffee

2nd son is spending the night, he and his wife own a condo, so he does not have to plow or shovel over there...

other son and his wife own a house, so he is needed there

grand kids are overjoyed with no school for maybe a few days this week..........
