Why are 2011s finicky? I'm not sure what a 2011 is, is a double stack Para ordnance P-14 a 2011 I've never had a problem with it since I bought it in 1993 Does anyone know what makes a double stack 1911 a 2011? I'm ignorant.

It's true I just occaisionally go on a spree over a 1-2 year period adding new and selling old! I never seem to sell more than I buy though.

As a kid in the 50s some neighbor would show up with a shiny new version of last years technology and the Dads would ooh and ahh and we kids looked under the hood and saw last years wheezy motor, wimpy brakes, spindly suspension and skinny tires and thought "don't these guys follow racing?"
