Yeah, but not all those companies are OWNED by the PLA. Are you missing the point? There's a difference between companies that make stuff there, yet AREN'T owned by their military. Holosun is OWNED by the PLA.

That's what I'm doing. BY NO MEANS am I throwing away a $350 EPS. But what I'm NOT doing is buying another. I'll go with Swampfox (which, while made in China, at least ISN'T owned by the PLA) or Meprolight, which is Israeli.

Sorry it's been so long for me to respond. Yes, it fills the gap PERFECTLY. And, as someone suggested, & I looked, Springer Precision ALSO makes a mount for the EPS on the Echelon. And it costs less than the CHPWS.

Oh, I have ZERO doubt that it works properly. But I'm OCD about VERY FEW things, & that gap would drive me bat kaka crazy. In the end, I'd either bite the bullet & get the damned filler plate, or I'd put my recently purchased Swampfox Justice 2 on it (I got it today & DAMN, is it AWESOME).
