Sort of funny, these caliber debates remind me of “that one tome ant band camp” stories. And sorry most channels are misguided. Several have dismissed the 9mm 147 G2 Gold Dot because they test one round yet here is the Border Patrol LAPD and Navy Seals dirt napping bad guys with it so maybe...

They are not Taurus (who owns Heritage) just released it this week I believe.

Got to shoot one at Revolverfest with Caleb Giddings last weekend. Quite a nice little wheelgun and I sort of wouldn’t mind one. If run 32 Long Wadcutters in it

Thank you for the respectful discussion. Yeah I am well aware I watched the video as it’s several years old and he seems to like running to a camera woth his “bravado” every chance he had. (I’m not saying the Sheriff is a bad guy it’s the I’ll call it boasting is not something I find...

It’s gonna be a hard press to do that. Look at most states laws like a suspended or habitual traffic violates (life suspension) gets a pass if driving someonw to an ER So as almost zero chance it is if thwre any attempt to prosecute this person a good 2A Attorney should be able to get it...

I believe it was Clint Smith that said as far as carrying “Guns are not suppose to be comfortable they are suppose to be comforting “!

Nothing since that is what most modern handgun ammo is HST Gold Dot ETC which is what’s probably used by LE in your Jurisdictions

If I may answer Barrier Blind is a term/phrase used (marketing really) for Moderen bonded hollow point ammunition (HST Gold Dot WTC) that performs as designed wether they go through a barrier first or not Most LE Agencies use or require some type of barrier blind handgun ammo

One of the better gun channels on the subject

Again respectfully Some of us (me) have been in serious stuff and Mirandized by OIG agents on use of force incidents even after the agency cleared it so we do know what we are talking about. My original point is folks like the Sheriff mentioned are doing nothing but pandering with all the bold...

Respectfully that pound in the chest BS sounds all great. Problem as private citizen you do not have an agency backing you up! Ask Officer Toni McBride of LAPD (link below) who is still in a legal battle because she shot a suspect with 6 rounds instead of 4. And why I encourage everyone...

This has nothing to do with Beretta. Ruger screwed the pooch whem they picked up Marlin while everyone was happy they lost a ton of money whem it took them the time and $$ to get the Remington machines up and running Ruger taking over Marlin is turning out to be similar to Whem Sears saved K...

Revolvwr sales are around 10% of the market. SASS pretty much has leveled off and fokks arent doing a lot woth theor Blackhawks as much as I hate to say that. Machines are in bad shape and they just don’t make as much iver labor costs with wheelguns as they do a lot of other makes. Theor...

Well they couldn’t listen to or read plain English OR even apparently view the pics I sent the first of August on a M&P slide that had been milled to deep. I discovered it when I took it apart to clean. It had 2 trips after the first one they said they “couldn't duplicate customer complaints...

Not disagreeing but there will be some court obstacles for any public televised event. That said here is what I saw with McViegh. He was convicted of only 8 murders the 8 Fed LEO’s in the building the rwason mid 90’d the militia and sovereign citizen movements were growing and the Give was...

Yeah I willl be surprised if this isn’t amended to the MOU and done at USP Terre Haute

Well apparently the Secretary of the Army has set the execution date of 3rd December 2026 at 1pm CST….At Fort Hood how fitting!

I’m curious if the firing squad will not be challenged. BECAUSE there was an MOU with the Federal Bureau of Prisons to conduct Military executions at the US Penitentiary in Terre Haute Indiana. I was there as part of SORT in 2008 and we were suppose to receive inmate Gray from Fort Leavenworth...

Again it’s context, what’s the persons mannerisms what’s the call why the cop is there, what is he doing etc. lots of things that make a shoot somt shoot And it’s generally not good practice to shoot people that have shown no issue other than holding a gun down at the ground of having a knife...

Sorry we will (I will anyway) respectfully disagree this isn’t 1970. The kid was never a threat, it’s not unreasonable for folks to answer a door in a high crime area with a gun and in this case the kid had the gun down not pointed not low ready position, if that was the case I’d be less...
