Yes. That’s why I went with this model. I could only find two models with inside diameters large enough for a suppressor. This one and one from Aero. Maybe there’s more but I didn’t find them.

Like to put a new Handguard on my saint pistol to accommodate a suppressor. I saw saints are mil spec so I ordered the Midwest Ind. suppressor ready Handguard. But now I’m seeing the pistol models are not mil spec and therefore this Handguard may not work. Anyone know about this? Thanks

Don’t care about the warranty. It’s a piece of plastic. I can always buy another one later. But then if modifying the shell can’t work then I won’t need to buy another one anyway.

Anyone know if it’s possible to modify an XDM shape shift shell to fit the xdm elite models? Can you make a groove for the ambi slide release and cut the top enough for a red dot? For the subcompact guns. Thanks.

Well I already bought an RMR and got it mounted up the other day. I’m good now. Thanks for that info though.

Not aware of the problems with the wasp. Just wanted something more compact than the dragonfly. And the wasp seemed like a good fit. But not seeing this plate for micros until now, I already ordered a the RMR. So I’ll just stick with that. Suppose to be showing up today.

So I see Springfield has an OSP plate in the store that will fit the wasp onto the XDM Elites.

Ok. It came with a dragonfly like I said in the first post I made. But decided to put that on a different pistol instead. Figured the wasp would be better for edc with it being more compact. But oh well. I just ordered a Trijicon RMR Type 2 with 3.25 moa dot literally 5 minutes ago :) So now...

I thought one of the plates fit the wasp?
