I got it mounted. The Thread size I found out was M4.70 The crews that cam with the sight were .13 in too long. I bought some nuts sawed some off the backed the screws out of the nuts, applied some blue locktite and it looks awesome!!!

not by much. The screws are about half an inch long so maybe 2/16 need to come off. I took the screws to lowes just to mount it but they don't have any that are shorter then 1/2. I bought longer ones to cut and nuts the fix the threads but they would screw into the slide.

That could be an option to bring the level of it up.

I bought the Holosun HS407K X2 for my XDS mod 2 in 45acp. It came with 2 sets of screws. on set fits perfectly but are too long. There other set is too skinny and won't fit. Does anyone know the thread size for the slide?

I need some finding a new holster. I just got the xds mod 2 in a 45acp. I plan on mounting a red dot to it. Is there anyone who knows of a hard shell open carry holster for it? I currently use an Alien Gear holster. TIA
