    Springfield Armory 1911DS Prodigy FF issues

    Different mags solve the issue. Staccato, Checkmate or MBX mags and no more Stove pipes. Failure to feed is corrected with a ramp polish. also run 200-300 rounds before you decide somethings wrong with it.

    I have the same gun, bought it as a competition backup to my 5.25" XDM. Like everything about it except that U shaped rear site. It just seems too sloppy for my taste. But, that's why we have so many different types of guns, different people ..different likes. Another success for Springfield.
