A 10mm would be a completely different gun, same as the Glock think about it as a small frame 9/357/40 vs the 10mm/45acp

Get a Stribog. They do a 10mm.
I own the braced version.

Trying to decide if I need a kuna

At least this time I can state with certainty my 9mm Kuna w/Lithium 9 will do for me. While I did like my
Glocks in .40, Kuna (for me) is a different use model. Not to mention it took me a bit to decrease my ammo calibers I had to buy. No intention of increasing them again!
