That’s a good article, more or less for first time buyers looking to get into AR’s. I have a Core Scout, that I completely remodeled, I also have a Bushmaster, older XM-15ES2, another great rifle.

I’m glad they mentioned PSA; I think they’ve got great budget options...I’ve picked up many of their sale uppers for CHEAP...and the quality is good for the price point.

I’ve got 3 PSA’s; a 16” .308 that’s a complete rifle from them, one of their Dissipator uppers I picked up for cheap a year ago as a Black Friday deal—think it was $159?—and a 10.5” 556 pistol upper that I got as a complete kit, including SBA3, minus lower & bcg for around $250...and they run great.

They are my go-to for budget builds.

I have two PSA weapons.

An AR10 and a 10.5 AR pistol. Both run fantastic and I haven't had any issues with either.
