Key Requirements

According to a witness, his white SUV had briefly blocked a woman from pulling into a space. At some point, he moved his vehicle, and the woman was able to park.

But the exchange was not over. The woman got out of her car with a phone in her left hand and a gun in her right. DiGuglielmo walked toward her.

Video captured by a witness on a cellphone and a nearby Tesla's dashcam shows what happened next. The woman pointed the gun at DiGuglielmo and told him to "walk away."

Seems to me she is missing 2 of the criteria to qualify under Stand Your Ground

Id love to hear the actual audio (better yet the video/audio) on that, I can imagine that with different tones being anything for (pleeeeze) walk away to (M Fer) walk away to (Cracker) walk away to walk away (or Ill pop a cap in your White ***)

What anyone says later will never be what was said at the time, especially after an attorney gets involved and helps her remember how/what she said
 
I usually agree with Colion. One thing he didn't adress here. And maybe he dind't have the info
But everything I read, it says she got out of the car and immediately start pointing the gun at him.
Still incredibly stupid on the man's part, but, to me, that nullifies self defense and automatically makes her the aggressor.

Remember they called George Zimmerman White after the Trayvon incident. Any other time he would have been call Hispanic; but a Hispanic shooting a black doesnt have the same media fair as a White man shooting a black teenager who was only drinking ice tea and eating skittles
 
possibly a similar parking lot situation in DFW area today.
Parking lot shooting between 2 employees at the GM plant. no word on reason why yet.
Shooter called police and turned themself in.

I count approx 11 flag markers on the ground in the pic, so maybe 11+ rounds fired??
also, that would suck big time if your car is in the taped off area of the shooting. you're not going anywhere for awhile. possible bullet holes in your car as well. :oops:
