Any experience with FRTs?

Im looking for actual hands on experience with FRTs?

Years ago I had a TacCon trigger, it was pre FRT, or at least before the FRT title. It "worked" sorta but you couldnt count on it. If you death gripped the trigger like when you were startled. It would fire ONE shot. To make it "repeat", you had to gently squeeze it and then you couldnt count on one or a long burst. I ditched it because you had to pay more attention to the trigger than the target.

Ive "heard" the new FRTs are better but I havent spoken to any actual users.

Im pretty happy with Binary triggers. Ive used binaries on ARs, the Ruger PCC, a MP5 clone, and a Glock. You can count on them to perform as indicated.

i have 2 of the tac-cons and neither worked like frt's today. i'm awaiting on parts to arrive as to install trigger types and safeties. i do have an echo2, but you still need to release to fire as it doesn't assist like the newer 1's do. i'll install 1 in the cmmg 4.6x30hk (micro gas) and test against the cmmg 5.7x28 (radial delayed) i have also. iirc only 1 person on here has frt's.........well maybe 3?

I have been looking too.
Someone had the Atrius on sale for $130
But there is some guy that invented something called the trigger kicker that he will be selling for $40.

Eff off with your law suit on that one RB.

Don't really need a way to blow threw ammo.
I want them because THEY don't want us to have them.

I have heard "some" wear out unlike a normal trigger/hammer.

My BIGGEST concern is if I squeeze to hard will it still reset. Id like to put one on my AR BeltFed. and maybe on a AR pistol.
