Probably wouldn't do any good, but if enough people started complaining to them about the quality of their ammo maybe somebody at Winchester will finally take the hint.
What bothers me about this is that if they have this lack of quality control on visible defects, what's to assure us that they are loading each casing with the correct weight of powder?
