Anyone else into cooking?

Red snapper with asparagus, bell pepper topping and wild rice with a glass of Chardonnay.

I've been looking at Tuna steaks lately, but have never cooked them.........

Any advice on cooking them?
I marinate in a little fresh Lemon juice , fresh tarragon and a little soy sauce in a glass dish for an hour.
Pan sear or use a griddle on high heat for a couple min each side..tops
Can use a nice non stick pan as well

Don’t overcook. Couple min each side so it’s warm in center is all it needs

Details..............
4lb roast covered in garlic, onion powder, light salt, pepper, and Montreal steak seasoning Pan sear on high heat for 2min each side.
Transfer to roasting pan
Add beef broth into bottom of roasting pan about 1/2”, but not enough to come up thru the grates to have the food in the liquid.
Add red potatoes and peeled whole carrots.
Cook in oven for 3hrs@300 degrees.
Gravy: Use 2 cups liquid drippings from pan, 2 tablespoons corn starch
, 1tsp soy sauce, 1/2 tsp onion powder and I tablespoon of heavy cream.
Simmer couple min in a small pot till it thickens.
