"man buns", wear "mankini's" - Hahahaha!!welcome from the eastern coast of New England, specifically the state of R.I.
i am NOT an old geezer, but i am older than most here, where Dino the dinosaur was my pet, and my cave would make Fred Flintstone green with envy...i miss those days of my youth, my hair, my get up and go, and pterodactyl eggs for breakfast.
i too reload, with much help/advice from some of the fine people here, and have only been into the sport/hobby of shooting since 2020.
i think we have a coupla guys here that have "man buns", wear "mankini's" around the house and in thier backyards, but they'd be ok, they mean well most times.
oh yeah, 1 more thing, that ain't me in the avatar........i am married (to the same woman) have kids, grand kids, great grand kids, and i still like pretty women....
my wife don't mind i "look" at other women.....she knows my "get up and go.......is long gone".....

I refer to a golf course as "the waste of a perfectly good rifle range." Does that count?Welcome from CA (Central Alabama) -- enjoy your tour from another elder-feller. If you can refer to a shooting range as an "adult amusement park", you'll fit in nicely. BTW, 77 in May.
"Delving" is why I signed up. Looking forward to some interesting conversations!WELCOME from the piney woods of north east TEXAS
old but not tooo old
no dinosaurs pets for me..well at least that i will admit to
visit often its a great place to delve into the world of reloads, firearms, great discussions and some light hearted comedy
Its the windmill a spinning target?I refer to a golf course as "the waste of a perfectly good rifle range." Does that count?
I suppose it would be if left in place upon "conversion" to a rifle range! All I know is that in the rural area of Texas where I grew up, any windmill placed within shooting distance of a public roadway would eventually wind up sporting a few bullet holes. Its the windmill a spinning target?
Just don't ask about the chickens. I'm telling you , don't do it."Delving" is why I signed up. Looking forward to some interesting conversations!
Welcome from the mountains of West Virginia, your contributions to the knowledge base is appreciated.I apologize to all for "jumping in" and posting without introduction myself. I looked around here for a "new member introduction" thread and didn't spot one, so I'll post one here...
I'm an "old geezer" who's been a lifelong firearm enthusiast. My particular areas of interests are "all over the map." I've reloaded ammo almost as long. I've been a lurker here at The Armory Life for quite a while and have decided to jump in and see if I can contribute.
I'll consider myself forewarned...Just don't ask about the chickens. I'm telling you , don't do it.
