I see your point, so please lets not argue about it. Its just that Im more worried about WHO we are selling guns to and WHO they really are, since we'll sell guns to non citizens and dont require any ID to get an ID--thats what really scare me

The list only includes sales through FFLs. In free states, like my Tennessee, private sales by individuals with no paperwork are perfectly legal.

I do a bill of sale on any guns I buy or sell privately. I think its a good idea to keep track of where they came from or where they went. But unless somebody comes knocking on my door with a warrant, nobody will ever see it but me.

I've done the same on any firearm I've sold or bought privately. I keep the original for 10yrs. after that I figure I'm safe to destroy. Before our state went full communist that was the law.
