This was delivered to me today. I got it through the Springfield store. The quality is very nice and the leather thickness is just right. It fits the gun very well and the vertical flap keeps the rough parts away from my skin. It’s very obvious that it was designed by someone who really knows function. I think I’m going to really like it. I’ll update this after I get a chance to try it more.

The price is certainly very reasonable compared to other makers. I wonder why Springfield doesn't offer holsters for the 1911 from Burdette.
I’ve carried this a little now and have worked with drawing and reholstering. It draws very nicely and reholstering is fairly typical of leather IWB rigs (bit challenging, but doable). It carries as comfortably as is possible with a 4.7 inch barrel fed by a 15 round magazine. It doesn’t pull pants down at all, and this is an all steel pistol. It cants well.
