Damn, figured a comp pistol is worth more than stock, at least they sell them for more. I guess that is regarding internals more, as some people might want a holosun rather than a Swampfox or the tritium sights.

Also, another note is that a police trade-in AR with a EOTech and Magnifier sold for the price of the rifle, $650 or $750, I forgot exactly. That dude who got that Colt M4 was the luckiest man on earth that day.

I don’t think you get it, a dealer will say give you 300.00 for a gun, he will then resell it for more, he can sit on it till someone is interested in it. Your lucky to get 60% of the guns value, from any dealer, likely less then that, just because you have a $1000.00 in your gun, you will never get that from if selling it, like I mentioned, extras do not matter, it just doesn’t work that way, you will take a loss on it if it sells, AR’s will get more cause there hot right now, Glocks are everywhere…..

I suppose $600 would be closer if they sell it for $800, which is MSRP for a stock one. That has a desirable GPT, so like others I’ve seen, they’re right at MSRP used.

Sold my Harley for a fair price back in the day. Dude that bought it Balogna cut the Vance & Hines long shots to 18" and 22" and put a billet front rim on it. What a bitchboy. Point is, what I loved, he hated.

That's typical 2/3 -ish , of the LGS's expected asking price , as a Used Gun .

Accessories / upgrades add little if any to a dealer's purchase offer . Selling to private individual ( legally , using the appropriate process where you live ) is more variable , depending if prospective purchaser wants that exact configuration .

As an added plus, you get to hear from all the delusional Glockists. Would be interesting to hear the arguments about how good/bad his choices are. If he added a compensator it would really start the pot boiling...

With variously: No big deal , they should have made most / all of V 's optic ready , they should have increased the breadth of V offering to also include ( their favorite ) , and finally that Glock Corperation totally sucks , for appeasing anti gun gun ban'ers , attempting to throw most of the gun industry under the bus.

My take :
As guns from the shooter viewpoint, the V isn't significantly different from the 5 .

As matter of principles , l now consider Glock the same way as Hillary Era S&W cheap shot appeasement. I will not purchase anything , directly giving my $ to Glock .

That said , doesn't effect any that l already owned , nor anything used that l might purchase from an individual , or used from an independent Gun Store .
