New for 2026 from Chiappa Firearms are the Model 1892 Core and 1892 Wildlands Field lever-action rifles, expanding on the Italian company's already successful and well-established line of lever-action hunting carbines that cater to the needs of modern hunters without sacrificing their historical roots.

Both models are chambered in .44 Magnum, feeding from 8-rounds magazine tubes, and are fitted with a 16.5" barrel, threaded at the muzzle for compensators or sound suppressors; additionally, both feature a walnut stock and handguard – in both cases, with M-LOK slots for accessories on both sides.

The 92 Core has an angle eject versus top eject action, allowing for an optional picatinny mount for the purpose of adding an optic.
The 92 Field retains the top ejection.
The for-end of the handsome walnut stock features three integrated M-LOK slots for tastefully mounting modern firearm accessories.
