Built to take punishment and return home like the a10 is now. They learned you NEED 2 engines and vertical stabilizers/rudders for failure of 1.

Sounds interesting. Despite being in the Air Force and use to draw pictures of mostly delta wing shaped jets, my reading would run more towards submarine warfare. I found their stories highly suspenseful.

I’ll read for sure. I was an AO with the A6 50 years ago. I thought they were beautiful.

The A6 was a close second to the A10 as my favorite. Both are ugly but deadly. I guess that says something about my taste.
That may explain why i like Mini-14’s so much.

Stephen Coonts wrote a great novel called, "The Flight Of The Intruder". It was the first of many books he authored that I enjoyed immensely. He really digs into what it meant to take on the missions the A-6 was designed for.

Just pointing out the obvious cause & effect situation since you're the only one to be having the problem.

Consider going into System Restore, and revert back to an earlier restore point when you didn't have your pop-up problem.
