Ah, the romance of the old west. Who hasn't dreamed of being a cowboy?
Due to a touch of arthritis in my hands, I can't shoot the traditional SAs with the Colt/Ruger style plow handle grip. The trigger guard beats the Hell outta my shooting hand middle knuckle. I'll be bleeding in just one cylinder full.
However, I have found options. The slightly longer grip frame of the Remington 1875 and S&W Schofield work just fine for me and don't bang up my knuckle.

I have a model 336 Marlin in 30-30 ( made in 1970 ) and a Ruger Single -Six .22 made in 1957.

I used to have a Win. 94 in 30-30 and a Super Single-Six .22LR/.22mag.

I lost count of my 94s. And I have at least 2 Marlin 336s. All in 30-30. Closest thing I have to a “ Cowboy” revolver is a Bisley Blackhawk in .357
