Dashcam and witness footage shows the moment a semi-truck driver on the Florida Turnpike decides to make an illegal U-turn at an 'Official Use Only' spot, cutting across multiple lanes of traffic. A minivan in the left lane had nowhere to go and slammed directly into the trailer.
