That my friend is an outstanding idea. Plenty of nutrition for good health w/o all the extras that those programs wind up paying for. Instead of a card just issue periodic cases of MRE’s. I can’t tell you how much seeing an obese young person using a gov’ment card to by steaks (that I can’t afford) along with tons of ho ho’s, chips and assorted other garbage food.
