I'm astounded that after 54 years since the last moon shot NASA still can't build a reliable toilet. I would think a relief tube with a slight vacuum in the system would work for urine regardless of gender. Taking a dump is a little harder, but to have to use a plastic bag within a plastic bag even as a backup system seems beyond the pale.

Since it was a woman that did the plumbing work, did anybody check to see if her pants were drooping and showing her butt crack? You gotta look for the bright side
