Between us we 'owned' 120 or so -- dance? You betcha -- even tho' some of the SAC Trained Killers didn't like their Crew Chiefs dancing, they still did & I condoned it for morale reasons.

Grumpy old SAC trained killers. That takes me back. LeMay set the tone alright and SAC was all business in those days. But can you imagine what he would say if he could see the nonsense going on in the services today.

He was always armed with a custom 1911. He had retired by then but when I attended protective services operations training, we were warned to be aware if he was attending an event where guns were required, he was going to participate.

This actually happened to me years ago in the Walmart bathroom. I was takin a leak & a guy was in the stall. I was a heavy equipment operator and just figured he knew me from work. Finally he said I'll talk to you later, some guy answers every question I ask you. I left quickly.
