Over the years I have worked with some Transwomen and Transmen.

A few you could not tell at all. All ID's have been changed.
I've heard a few horror stories of those who did not tell the guys until time to be intimate and were severely beaten and a couple to the hospital.
As most of us females, we do not judge and would tell them, "Why did you not tell them in a public place"
