Moons ago just after i started working in auto parts stores we made a blinker fluid bottle and labeled it as high mileage and put it next to brake fluid and other things. And if somebody asked about it we would tell them it wouldn't work in their vehicle and to go to the body shop up the road they would help them... happened 5 times before the paper label ripped and we never made another one...

And we fixed wipers during a light storm on a car that was cord tied to the wipers and told the passenger to pull the cords to wipe the windshield...

yall know on jul 8 i had rotator cuff repair surgery sooooo out in public i still have to wear the sling thing
thursday we went to a boat place to look a .......well BOAT
as the salesguy was walking with us out to the yard to see the BOAT
he asked if had had surgery on my shoulder, i stated without a pause or smile...NO I JUST WEAR THIS FOR SYMPATHY
i thought my wife was going to trip from laughing :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:

I'd like to piggyback on this one. When out shopping and such, I use a cane. Lady asked me if I had trouble walking and I told her no, it was my sympathy-stick. You know, "here, old man, let me get that door for you."
