Transporting ammo?

I need to move about 150-200k rounds of ammo from the peoples republic to the bright and sunny south. I was going to get enough crates at Home Depot to fill my bed, get locks for the crates and head south.

I am just wondering if there will be some issue with the DOT moving that much.

And yes before you ask when I get it all back home and cataloged most of it will be sold off. I don’t need that much nor have space.
