Yeah- kinda makes the “ban AR’s” stuff looks silly. Especially when nyone could walk into a local hardware store or gun shop and buy a FULL auto BAR or Thompson
. Heck, you could even order one through the Mail! And yet society as a whole was safer than we re today with all the regulations and “checks” to “protect” us

Serial numbers weren't required on many guns until 68, as for mailing, I got my DCM Garand via the USPS!
Ridiculous rules for not much gain...
