Do you remember your first gaming pc you bought or built?

Bassbob does not play games.
Only child so I had to do the chores for all my brothers and sisters I didn't have. After milking the cow (by hand) feeding the chickens, pigs, damn pasture pets AKA horses, tending the garden, chopping wood, lugging water, (Dad "we got running water. The boy runs to the spring and runs back with a bucket full) schoolwork, working around for other farmers, and helping neighbors with their winters wood, left little time for hunting and fishing. Video games ranked so far down the list I never thought about them. We did play cribbage sometimes after super in the winter, assuming wasn't I shoveling snow. If it wasn't for spotty electricity, and the rattle trap car in the driveway ya might have thought it was the 1860's not the 1960's. Had a great childhood, But I 'm not interested in doing it again. Maybe that's why I get so tickled at the "I want to move to... and live off the grid". Surprise it ain't all sunshine and rainbows. ;)
