DoJ gives up defending Suppressor Registry

Is the madness over?
Nope, same ole same ole. from the article

The result is a two-tier Second Amendment. If you hold the right membership card, the federal registry no longer applies to your suppressor. If you don't, nobody in Washington will say. "The DOJ has yet to release any guidance about how the court's decision will impact the NFA's registration requirements for those who fall outside the protection of the injunction," Bearing Arms' Cam Edwards wrote.

That's the way I understand it, as well. Supressors on nothing more than a 4473 for GOA members at my LGS.

No clarity on transfer or "manufacture" of SBRs, SBSs and AOWs. Proceed at your own risk on these.

It should be, no tax means no extra forms or requirements. That is the clarification that needs to be made abundantly clear.
