Tremendous conservation group. They have done a nice job improving water fowl growth and hunting. I don't duck hunt but support the local chapter. Many years ago (1980's) I had the pleasure of knowing / working with an individual that carved decoys and submitted photographs for chapter auctions in N Illinois.
