Front Night sight for XD-M Elite 4.5"?

I have a Springfield XD-M Elite (NOT optics ready) and want to keep the factory U notch rear sight, but replace the front with a night sight. Which of your night sights will work properly with the factory U notch rear? Thank you!

If I were you, I'd peruse several manufacturers, see what appeals, be certain the choice(s) are specific to your weapon. Then come decisions regarding removal and installation.

As long as you don’t buy an aftermarket suppressor sight, most will work with the factory rear if they use a combat sight picture. Trijicon, Ameriglo, Truglo, meprolight, XS all work with factory rear. Something like a Heinie blacked out will not since that sight is set up to use 6’oclock.

I've used Night Fision on all my upgraded pistols. They work great with factory rears.

Trijicon & XS both told me they have never tried theirs with the factory U notch rear on the XD-M so they could not confirm

Just ordered the Meprolight Hyper-Bright as it looks to be the closest in size to the factory front fiber optic
