I’ve been on Padre Island again for the last two weeks, $3.25 on the island.
Go over the bridge to the main land
“4 miles” into (Corpus Christi) $2.94
Guess where I filled up truck and gas cans yesterday. “Hint” Not on the island.

As I traveled recently from Moore Texas to Colorado Springs the gas prices ranged from $2.99 - $3.29 for regular.
For a travel tip I’m becoming a fan of
“Love’s” truck stops, they are keeping their fuel prices consistently the same no matter where they are located and have started adding what they call “RVStops”
For an overnight resting area.
I’m parked in one now with full hookups including WIFI and the cost is very reasonable.

A flat concrete parking pad something almost never available.
