A federal judge has found makers of assault rifles used by a gunman to indiscriminately shoot at concertgoers at the Route 91 Harvest Musical Festival in Las Vegas in 2017 must face a wrongful death claim by the family of one of the 58 people killed.

What gets me is they always blame the weapon......not the person who used it. A weapon is an inanimate object, it takes someone to pull the trigger. No manufacturer should be held liable.

But said on the news its not about the money then why does he want so much of it. Why not sue the Scout Master instead. ( no money there ).
