Have a XDM Elite 3.8. Gun is about 6 mimths old. Thinking of applying GunKote Titanium finish to the slide. I don't know much about it. Does it scratch easily from use or cleaning? Will the original ack color show threw. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
All coatings will scratch, the only way to keep looking new is to not use It. The Springfield guns that use Armorykote.......thats gunkote. Cleaning will not effect it.
