I live in the Last Best Place, as well as the least crazy region of the country.

I've got all my bases covered, and not doing anything different because of current events.

If things ever start to go south here I'll know that the rest of the country is gone.

But you might come back from the dead like I did several times. Once because my wife did CPR till ambulance arrived. We lived 22 miles away from town in the sticks.

My wife and I have a pact. She's not allowed to resuscitate me if I kick it. Let me sleep.

Lived in the first in various places, but settled in MT, but ID is 40 miles one way & 70 miles away in another.

So the best for access to both places.

About the same for me. I'm at the base of the Beaverhead Mountains on the Idaho side. Easy trip to the Big Hole battlefield.
