Do not get frustrated with yourself adjusting to the optic. I have been taught when shooting with the optic to focus on the target not the gun sight. I have also learned to keep both eyes open instead of squinting with one eye. I also wear glasses so I must take that into consideration. It is a constant learning curve for me but persevere you will adapt. When I qualified for my CCL, I couldn’t use an optic at all. Granted I’m still considered a rookie at shooting (in my book) and try to be open minded about everything (yes I can become a fanboy quickly) but with optics is a very slow process to say I can trust it. Both of my M&P’s have Holosun on them but I notice that I have a thing for the iron sights when I go to the range.
